Wedding Cake

I created this wedding cake in Toba Garrett's One Week Wedding Cake Workshop at the Institute of Culinary Education. It is a yellow cake filled with french vanilla buttercream and lemon curd, covered in ivory fondant. All of the white chocolate roses and leaves were designed and handmade entirely by me! I decorated the cake with bead piping along the borders, free-hand drapery, and embroidered flowers.
